A group of seasoned experts will be volunteering their time to mentor entrepreneurs in the Sydney startup ecosystem starting with a weekly program featuring Clive Mayhew.
For the coming month entrepreneur and investor Clive Mayhew will be the Sydney Startup Hub’s resident expert, available for 1 hour mentoring sessions each Thursday from 4 October to 8 November.
Mayhew has an extensive background in technology development and investment. He was the founder of Netscape Australasia, taking Netscape to the Asian market; co-founder of Sky Software, which he sold to British-based Tribal Group for $21 million; and served as vice-president of CDNow, which before Amazon was the largest e-commerce store of the early 2000s. He is currently Chairman of the Board at Open Learning Global Pty Ltd and Sky Software Pty Ltd.
